Daily Devotionals
Would you like to read the Word daily, but don’t know how to begin? Reading our Daily Devotionals is a good way to develop the habit of studying the scriptures.

“No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you” (Joshua 1:5, NKJV).
When we trust our lives to God and become rooted and grounded in Him, no one can shake us from our firm foundation. God’s children today inherit the same promises He made to Moses and Joshua.

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you” (Matthew 6:33).
God knows what we need to succeed and thrive in life, and He asks us to look to Him to provide all of it. Putting Him first over all other earthly things positions us to receive what we pray for.

“Wealth gained by dishonesty will be diminished, but he who gathers by labor will increase” (Proverbs 13:11, NKJV).
The mindset some people have—one of greed and lust for money—has been around since the beginning of time. The behavior of the dishonest tax collectors in the Bible can be seen in many businesses and corporations today. In these end times, we’re seeing this verse come to pass.

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8, NKJV).
The world and all its prevailing philosophies change every so often; this can be unsettling and confusing to us. We find direction, stability, and firm footing in Jesus Christ; the truths we find in Him remain true forever.

“For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God?” (2 Samuel 22:32, NKJV).
When we consider something as large and immovable as a boulder, it’s hard to imagine anything more solid; however, Jesus—also referred to as the Rock—is stronger. Over time, earthly rocks can move and get worn down by weather, but God never shifts or changes. This means that His promises are eternal and permanent.

“Happy (blessed, fortunate, enviable) is the man who finds skillful and godly Wisdom, and the man who gets understanding [drawing it forth from God’s Word and life’s experiences], for the gaining of it is better than the gaining of silver, and the profit of it better than fine gold” (Proverbs 3:13, 14, AMPC).
We all know people who never learn from their mistakes, but the wisdom to learn valuable lessons from life experiences comes from God. Receiving the gift of divine wisdom is infinitely better than any earthly knowledge we try to acquire on our own.
