All Preachers Want Is Your Money!

Although every child of God has been given the right to prosper, very few people actually believe they can. Perhaps one of the biggest reasons for this is the distrust many people have in spiritual leaders. Of course, most of us have heard the age—old saying, All preachers want is your money, but not only is that not true, it's actually the reason why the majority of Believers aren't prospering like they should.

There are thousands, probably millions of people who won't even come to church because of what they've heard for years. Then, there are people who love the Lord with all their hearts, but somewhere along the line they were left with a bad taste from a preacher who was more concerned about money than the will of God being done in the lives of others.

Yes, there are money—hungry preachers who misuse their authority in ministry and go to extreme measures to get rich. However, there are also decent and upright preachers who are genuinely concerned about God's children. I believe the real issue behind this quandary is not money. Money is simply to disguise the real issue, which is prosperity.

The Bible says when you trust your prophets you will prosper. If Satan wants to hinder the prosperity of God's people, the first thing he's going to attempt is to get the Believer to distrust the prophets. By doing so, he hinders their ability to prosper. But the truth of the matter is, your prosperity is in the mouth of your prophet.

It's important to understand that there's a subtle and diabolical attack on your trust and relationship where preachers are concerned. Be careful when people speak faith—destroying words like,All preachers want is your money . Actually, those words are simply part of Satan's devilish plan to break your confidence in godly ministers.

Because you serve God, place your confidence in Him and live according to His Word. In the Kingdom of God it is never about money. In fact, your money is nothing more than seed, and when you sow into the Kingdom of God, you are sowing for your harvest. I encourage you today to trust God. Take your mind off people and what they have to say, and keep your mind on Him. You will be glad you did!
